I am passionate about people and see potential in everyone.  There is a perfect ‘match’ between every person and some situation, some job, some life plan.  The key is knowing who you are, what you like, what you are good at, and what you want to avoid at all costs.  Then, you can begin to search for the perfect situation in which to flourish!

There is nothing more rewarding than helping someone find ‘that place’.  In my professional life, I focus on helping leaders understand themselves, get a clear picture of reality (their perspective and others), and then finding that perfect place.  Of course, I believe leaders are made, which means that developing the skills necessary is always an option!

This “Its About Leaders” blog will focus on things I find and things I create to develop those skills.  Any insight I find is an insight I share.
